Customer survey 2018

As of June 1, 2017, AGGM also performs the role of market area manager in Austria, in addition to its responsibilities as distribution area manager. In the course of combining these two legal functions, we carried out a customer satisfaction survey in the fall of 2018. The objective of the survey was to determine the current customer satisfaction with regard to the services offered by the company in order to obtain further optimization and improvement potential from the market perspective.
