In accordance with its responsibilities laid down in the Gaswirtschaftsgesetz 2011, the company’s tasks encompass the roles of the distribution area manager and/or the market area manager and similar roles. Furthermore, the nature and purpose of the company is to render services which relate to the activities conferred upon the company by official decision in accordance with the GWG 2011 or which arise in connection with these activities and comparable activities abroad. This includes, but is not limited to, the procurement and re-selling of energy, including grid loss energy and balancing energy.
